Mirall - Català; Ara i Sempre

I know this is a tricky word to pronounce, but is a beautiful word that allows you to take care of yourself and make you recognise your abilities, not just your beauty... Mirall /mɪræ:ll/

Any idea what does it mean? The only similarity is the first letter, Mirall... M... Mirror; a reflecting surface, usually of glass with a silvery backing. Can I ask you a personal question? Do you have one on your purse? I was quite surprised when I was in Japan that they have a lot of different mirror sizes and forms, like they use it quite often... and you?

Today I will share with you a little (very little!) fragment of one of the most famous authors in Catalonia, Mercè Rodoreda, Mirall Trencat. She is an author that loves to use adjectives, and is quite peculiar of how she wrote, take a look...

The breakdowns that she was going up exhausted, couldn't sleep and during the sunrise she was getting hungry. She couldn't explain the happiness that she was feeling exposed on the balcony of that house, eating borregos and a tablet of chocolate after another while the sky was turning light and the beginning of the sparrows to sign inside the laurel. She will still have time to take a nap.
